How does the ticketing work for shows?

You can buy them online on this site, or you can visit the venue and offices at 32 Masonic St, Northampton, MA and buy them there, weekdays from 12-4pm.
*Please call ahead if you are coming from out of town, as our schedule can change without warning.*
NOTE: Tickets can be purchased over the phone using a credit card with only a $1/order transaction fee.
All tickets are usually WILL CALL, which means there are no physical tickets–your name(s) simply go on a list that is checked off at the door as folks come in. (Note: If you order online there is an option to print-your-own tickets).
