Writer Shoshana Marchand, musician/writer Philip B. Price (Winterpills) present of evening of readings from their own works and others. Shoshana and Philip have been friends and sometime-collaborators since the 1980s, publishing in such 'zines as Idioth Tooth and Dream World News, in addition to their own works.

Shoshana Marchand did an MFA in writing back when pterodactyls ruled the sky, and published numerous short stories and plays. The groundbreaking 'zines she made with her husband, Luke Jaeger, were featured in Rolling Stone and Harper’s. She was Contributing Editor at Wondertime Magazine, wrote essays for numerous publications, sang in bands, and worked in jails and in juvenile lockup. She currently works in psychiatry, seeing patients in private practice.

Philip B. Price has released 7 albums with Winterpills, 9 with power-pop band The Maggies, and a baker's dozen of solo albums (many just now seeing the light of day remixed and remastered). He recently published a book of poems (Broken Guitar) and released a double-CD set of other archival music. He will be releasing an album of new music within the calendar year.

The two will reach back into the past as well as the future, reading selections from their 'zine publications and works-in-progress, as well as poetry and prose by authors they love.
