Jim Henry
Jim Henry
Jim Henry has become one of the most sought-after accompanists in the country. Mary Chapin Carpenter, Paula Cole, The Weepies, Tracy Grammer, Susan Werner, Eliza Gilkyson, Mary Gauthier...the list goes on and on. They have all discovered his "...uncanny ability to provide whatever is needed at any musical moment."-The Brattleboro Reformer. Using a sonic palette that includes acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, dobro, slide, and electric mandola he finds just the right sounds to embellish without overwhelming. He's a world-class player, songwriter, and singer. We're lucky he calls the Valley home.

He has played the Parlor Room many times with various artists as well as on his own, always to sold-out houses. It's a special treat to have him back again to celebrate a timeless album and great collaboration.
Brooks Williams
Brooks Williams
Brooks Williams hails from Statesboro, Georgia (the town made famous by country-blues legend Blind Willie McTell) and is one of acoustic roots music’s guiding lights. Ranked in the “Top 100 Acoustic Guitarists,” he’s a mean finger-picker and a stunning slide guitarist. Plus, “he has a beautiful voice,” says AmericanaUK, “that you just melt into.” Walking the line between blues and Americana, Williams began his career over thirty years ago when he moved to Northampton. “Although I now make my home in the UK, I still think of Northampton as home, and The Parlor Room as my home club,” says Williams.
